can't get posts for spare ribs

looking for a good recipe for spares and half the posts won't pull up. anyone have a good recipe? got a marinate out of saveur but some dill weed who says he's king of the Q wants me to cook them in the oven for 2hrs. and then grill for 5 min. -- yeah right...what's an oven? anyone??? bueler?
