Whine, whine, don't want to brine....
....unless I have to.
Just got back from a 24 hour vacation at Onset beach (Massachusetts)
with a 6 poound turkey breast in tow. I would prefer to have it tonight instead of peanut butter, but if you tell me I have to brine it, we will. Advice, please.
PS is there a way to italicize on this list?
