I don't have a pic but the Risotto was outstanding. Went with beef broth and mushrooms. Any idea about adding some meat?[p]Mike

mad max beyond eggdome,
Sweet!
I wonder do they remove fire box and ring for traveling? I'd think a bit of foam between dome and base would make those okay but wonder about vibration for the inerds.[p]H

Bobby-Q,[p]Man, that's nice (I think that's nicer than my kitchen). After seeing the first picture, I thought it was the inside of a house.[p]Smokey

Bobby-Q,[p]JimW and co,
Awesome setup! I am completely jealous.[p]Bobby-Q,
Thanks for the pics. And can you clue us in on the backstory of your joining BGE? That's very cool, and I'd love to know what you're doing with them. Seems like a great company to be involved with, and those of us with mundane jobs need to live vicariously through you[p]Later,

Cornfed,[p]OK, gotcha. Top secret, and if you told us, you'd have to kill us. Well, good luck with it anyway.[p]Later,

dhuffjr,Don't know about anyone else but Green Egg Dan and myself haul them around with the firebox and ring inside. I take out the grate. I carry it, the daisy wheel, and grill in a seperate container. I usually put a bag of lump down iside while traveling, but watch out for the thermomter when you close the lid.
I was at the Egg store the day they came by and the rig has a walk thru door on each side near the front and one in the back. It has swing up vend type doors on the sides. I think it was 7x18 and their next stop was their cabinet man. They have gotten a good job done on their setup.I hope to put an eye on it somewhere this summer.[p]Also congrates to them on a great showing. Egg Cookers are beginning to make folks stop and take notice.[p]Good Eggin' to All,
