This is Squeeze's dump cake recipe from Eggtoberfest...with a few minor changes.[p]1) Substitute the Kaluah with Gran Mariner.[p]2) pour in half the batter...add mandrin oranges and any "good" Orange marmilade around the ring..then, cover with the remaining batter.[p]3)bake as usuall.[p]4) After cake cools..top with a "good" Dark chocolate ganache, and drizzle with Orange marmilade.[p]

In case you do not find it.[p]Cake, Chocolate, Chip, Kahlua, Mrs. Kevin Jacques
[p]1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Package Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Pint Sour Cream
¾ Cup Oil
4 Eggs
1/3 Cup Kahlua
½ Bag Chocolate Chips
1 Set BGE up for an indirect cook. Stabilize at 350° F and make sure there is no smoke (This may take a bit of work).
2 Mix everything together.
3 Grease Bundt pan and pour mixture into pan.
4 Cook 350° F for 50-55 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the cake.

[p]2 1 Oz. Chocolate, Unsweetened, Squares
1 Tsp. Butter
1 Cup Sifted Confectioners' Sugar
3 Tbs Water, Warm
Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water; stir to blend well. Set top of double boiler on a damp cloth, add 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon water; beat until smooth. Add remaining sugar and water and beat until glossy.
