    Think this would work with whole or spatchcock chicken? If not I'm getting my clippers out for tonight's dinner.

    I did it on a spatchcock this past weekend. It worked just fine with one exception. I put some under the wings and legs like you do with spices. In those "under" areas, it kinda made a pasty goo, like school paste, but flavorful. I would recommend that you spice in those places, but only put cornstarch where it will get direct air flow/Heat.[p]Eggecutioner
