thanks to keven and tammy for two of the best recipes to grace my thanksgiving table!!. ...everybody just loved the bread pudding and the choco chip kahlua cake. ..my mom took home almost half of the leftover bread pudding, and after eating it and sending some slices home, there were only a couple of slices of the cake left (but half an apple pie and half a pumpkin pie).. ..making that darn cake has turned into almost a weekly ritual around our house. . . .[p]thanks!!! . .hope you both had a good t-day as well. . . .

    Morning mad max beyond eggdome:[p]Haven't tried the bread pudding yet, but also love the cake. A change we made on the cake is adding a glaze, my much better half thanks all cakes must have icing so we had added one (can check it out at the post farther down "...parade of turkeys" if you haven't already). At our house yesterday everyone had a piece of cake, but only one piece of pumpkin pie was eaten.[p]Have a GREAT day!

    No problem. Tammy made the cake to take to her aunts yesterday and added a glaze as well. Turned out pretty good. If you can find the Girihdeli (sp) chocolate chips, they do make a difference. Hope all is well![p]-Kevin
