Just finished prepping 52 ABT's. My wife contracted me to cook for some jewelry party she is throwing tomorrow for 15 people. I am planning to cook half the ABT’s before the guests arrive at 7:00 and hold in the oven. Then cook the second batch to be done between 7:15 and 7:30. Then two pounds of grilled shrimp, followed by two large Papa Murphy’s pizzas. I only have one pizza stone so I thought I could do one on the pizza stone sitting on a plate sitter and one above on a grill extender. The pizza on stone will be set directly on the stone the one on the grill extender I will leave on the tray provided by Papa Murphy.

For all you eggsperts:
Dose this sound like enough food for 15 people?
What temp in oven should I hold the cooked ABT,s or is there a better way?
Am I going to screw up the two pizzas cooking them at the same time and would I be better off making people wait for one at a time?
