Grillin' Bills Eggtoberfest 99 Tri-Tip Question

I'm almost at the second stage of Grillin' Bills <a href=http://biggreenegg.com/recipes/beef/beef0082.htm>Eggtoberfest 99 Tri-Tip</a> and I just went to the store for CrazyJane's Mixed up seasoning, but they had 2 different kinds, the salt, and the pepper. Are either of these the correct type, or is it a general type seasoning that the store I went to just did not carry?[p]Thanks,
