Two great tastes which taste great together...late but there's still Christmas

24 lb turkey, butchered and the breast meat separated..
using clover honey as a binder, cover completely with Blues Hog Sweet and Savory..
cook until temp is 120 degrees
Place the breast meat in aluminum foil with butter and then drizzle Kinders Hot Honey all over and wrap tightly..
cook until 160, let rest for a half an hour before unwrapping from the foil..
a day later buy another turkey and repeat this process because the 1st one is GONE
