I completely dig the new banner.  Think they finally hitting their stride.

  • Doesn’t look like there’s an air gap under that thing. Also, guess I have been doing it wrong using implements to apply and turn my food rather than just using my hands.

Seriously though, I like this one. Captures the adventure and romanticism of the Egg, combined with the enjoyment of the outdoors.

I do find it somewhat amusing that we here on the forum using our several thousand-dollar setups find this picture encapsulates the egg experience...

Great picture, but not a Sou vide in sight..

Post Script..The egg doesn't travel well in the bush and unless she has a crate full of bubble wrap...that thing would be cracked in more places than one realizes...

    Have:
XLBGE / Stumps Baby XL / Couple of Stokers (Gen 1 and Gen 3) / Blackstone 36 / Maxey 3x5 water pan hog cooker
    Had:
    LBGE / Lang 60D / Cookshack SM150 / Stumps Stretch / Stumps Baby

    Fat Willies BBQ
    Ola, Ga
