I had some of this (aka squeaky cheese) @ the 2011 Plano TX Eggfest, served with jalapeño jelly on a cracker. Dayum good!
Never had a chance to try it myself and then last week I had a flashback  =) and remembered this, but no idea of how to attempt this.
Looking for experienced eggheads in this matter.

    No help here, I bought a brick once to try it and it drifted to the back of the drawer and I didn’t find it until it had grown hair.
