BGE Company Is GR8

Have owned my large BGE for over 20 years. Lost my shims/retainers. Dealers told me cannot get them any more cuz my rings/springs/etc were out of date. Went to BGE web page, used “Contact Us” to send email. No response😢. 

Come home today and sitting at my front door was everything I needed and more. 😄. Talk about a company that walks the talk without talking about it. BGE definitely showed me that my belief their Egg was the best smoker/grill out there; but, showed they really pay attention to their customers and respond to their requests. 

Love my EGG.

    I will be posting about this in another thread I opened last weekend but they are going to replace my plate setter that was just outside of warranty. Definitely not required, but they definitely back up their brand
