Sunday's ribs...

Morning All:

The much better half wanted ribs for dinner on Sunday so who am I to disagree...just put them on the Egg with a layering of rubs...first was the Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish, then Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ & finally a layer of DP Pineapple Head...added a couple chunks of hickory for smoke...


Just let the ribs ride for about 4 hours before ready to take off the Egg...


Then removed the pizza stone & put the corn on the cob on the Egg while the ribs rested...these were brushed with melted butter with some DP Shaking the Tree...


Definitely some good eating!
