Today's effort - ribs and veggies.

3-1-1 ribs with applewood smoke. They had a good pull to them, and I prefer it that way to 3-2-1. Did not need sauce, but my wife prefers sauced, so they got sauce after the photo was taken.
Served with some roasted veggies and fresh veggies too.
No real smoke ring, but the taste and texture were spot on.
