Spent yesterday and today at my son's place for Father's Day weekend. Always good to spend time with the granddaughter! He also has an XL so he slow-smoked four 2" thick bone-in pork chops @~250 until IT of 149, then reverse seared it. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a swisshard [sp?] and roasted beat salad with goat cheese. Then we did frozen custard and apple or peach pie for dessert. VERY Good!!!
