Dizzy Pig's Peruvian-ish Rub

egret
egret Posts: 4,185

Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Dizzy Pig's Chris Capell comes out with a new rub that's off the charts. I tried the new Peruvian-ish on some chicken thighs....just sprinkled on some basic thighs with a little under the skin. All I can say is.......go get some~!! It may be have been blended for Peruvian Chicken, but, this seasoning would be great on just about anything. Very well done, Dizzy Pig (https://dizzypigbbq.com/)

Glad you liked it. Was on my list last weekend but I did't make it happen.

With the cost of shipping, I can't afford to order just a jar. Maybe if I were to order some for 2018 spice and rub exchange? 4 jars could make shipping affordable per jar. Hmmm? Decisions, decisions. I do like the no sugar part of it. I can see that this is going to happen if I can twist my own arm.

I've enjoyed just about every DP rub I've tried, but the Peruvian one just didn't much for me, that being said I've never had Peruvian chicken. I just found it kind of bland. Kind of blah. I used it on chicken legs. I'll try it again, but not expecting much.

Well I successfully twisted my arm, one jar for me and one for the exchange.
