New Year's Ham...

Morning All:

Kathy picked up a small (about 6.5#) ham for tonight's dinner...put a nice coating of Brasswell's Cinnamon Chipotle rub & on the Egg at about 350 dome...


She made a paste of butter, brown sugar, molasses, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon & orange liquor that I put on it about 30 minutes before it was ready for removal...also added a rack to keep the bottom up...


Once the internal reached 140 pulled & ready to devour...


My plate with sides of baked beans, coleslaw & sweet potato rounds...


Very good meal to start the New Year!
