Please Help with FB 300

I purchased a FB 300 yesterday and tried to set it up for wifi. The first time it looked like I succeeded but did not show ID or PIN and immediately downloaded new verision SW. After that completed I realized I still could not use it w/o ID and pin. I then went back to factory settings with the 3 ups and tried again. Now when I try to set up the wifi it says WiFi Status Resetting and stays there. How do I get it back to square one and get online plus get the ID-PIN. One time it said connecting to FB then reverted to resetting. Is there more info on line than just the simple manual. I am not very computer sharp.

Did you set up your account on their web page? You will need a username, then a password. You can then input your phone number (if you want text notifications). Then you can "add a device" and enter your ID number and PIN. It will find your WiFi network, and you will need to enter your network password (if you are using a private network).
Dont forget to register it while you have your web-page up!

Find your Device ID
On your Flame Boss, press MENU until it shows WiFi Menu [skip].
Press UP once and MENU once to enter the WiFi menu.
Press MENU until you see this screen with your ID and Pin.
