Cherry wood smoked, Lea and Perrin's roasted garlic balsamic thighs

Cherry smoke gives the chicken a really deep color and good flavor. The marinade was a Lea and Perrin's marinade in a bag and was very flavorful. May try it again sometime. 350 indirect to internal of 170 cause 160 on thighs just does not seem done enough for me.

I bet this was full of flavor! What were your sides?“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Great cook right there-congrats. Cherry for the color on every poultry cook. Nice choice. Do I see a diamond plate

Lovely colour on that chicken, and the Lea and Perrins marinade sounds interesting.

Real nice! I would easily have polished them all off by myself

Did not really time it but I'm thinking it was about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes or so, as I had the temp dialed in for awhile before I put the chicken on.dmchicago said: -
Nice!
I need to remember to use more cherry wood ... especially since I cut down a cherry tree this year and have lots of it.
