Po'boys and bread pudding

Some fall favorites of ours. We put on some roast beef this morning, 7 hours later and voila! Whipped up some gravy from the liquid in the pot. Roast beef po'boy dressed, just minus tomatoes! Oh and a side of cheese grits.

Up next, some bread pudding per the BGE website recipe and some rum sauce (which was dark since all I had on hand was dark brown sugar). I skipped the natures own butter bread, whatever that is. Excuse the paper plate, sometimes you gotta work with what you got! Speaking of working with what you got, I was fresh out of makers mark so rum sauce it was.
