What's better than weekday pizza...

Well that didn't happen so I made pizza again.

    Love the cupped pepperoni!!

And the night IS young.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Darian - looks GREAT!  Some people may call these left overs, but with the two of us I call them "make aheads"!
These pieces of pizzas were from Saturday night and yes the crust was purchased but the toppings were all of my doings.
What I have found is placing cold slices on this pan and placing them in a cold oven while it takes 11 minutes to heat up to 350º warms our "make ahead pizza" perfectly!!!

Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

Thanks Ron.This was a big pizza, 17". Lots of leftovers.
I like to microwave my make aheads for a short time on half power just to warm a little then onto a hot skillet to re crisp the bottom.
    Thank you,

Agreed! This was my first attempt at using the dough recipe from Joe Beddia's cookbook "Pizza Camp". It's a very good dough, and I was happy how the pie came out.

I'm shocked, shocked to learn that my hero doesn't make his own pizza dough.

Next thing you know he will disclose the true dangers of the much heralded Rutland gasket!

LOL....I use their larger size BH myself. I put them on top of the sauce, and before adding the cheese. You don't see the grease, so it must be better for you.....at least that is how my mind works.

No wonder I keep getting fatter. I have been eating way too much pizza lately! Yours looks great.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
