Hamloaf & corn souffle'...

Morning All:

Now that was a wonderful Wednesday night dinner...Kathy prepared the hamloaf (equal mixture of ham & porkloin with oats, bread & onion) topped with pineapple & a brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar & dry mustard glaze plus the corn soufflé...onto the Egg at dome temp 350 indirect...ready to come off...


The sliced hamloaf...


And the corn soufflé...


Even after taking a serving to the next door neighbor still have enough leftovers for a nice lunch!
