Hey all and @eightyfive - thanks for the heads-up on this issue, I'm glad we got it resolved.  I've said it before and I'll say it again, most companies can do a pretty good job on the basics, but I believe that a true test of company is when things go sideways, how do they handle it?  Don't ever hesitate to let me know if you're not happy with our product or what we're doing - that's what helps to make us better.  

On another note....headed to Mexico for a couple of weeks, so you probably won't see much of me around here until February

@ckh - SRF is short for Snake River Farms, we're a small beef/pork company located in Boise, ID with operations in Washington, Oregon and a few other spots in the NW.

We are in process of reserving a house on the sea of cortez in the first week of march in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point).  Ungodly hot in summer, perfection from October through mid june.  July Aug and Sept are brutal.  

And yes, we do bring the MiniMax along....

We go to Los Barilles every summer . Yes it is super hot but the fishing is fantastic in the sea of Cortez and we just love Baja!! And I also need to place an order at SRF

Good on SRF for coming through. They always do. 

Like someone said. My splurge when I wanna treat myself and others to an elevated meal. 

Steaks and brisket are worth it. I only cook SRF briskets these days!

I would add that if you're on the east coast to ask for a Wed or Th delivery date.  if something gets delayed, you're only looking at a one day recovery.  I asked for a Friday my first time and it got pushed to Monday.  No bueno, but Melissa over there got new stuffed pushed out the door right away.
