New Year's Pork Butt

I needed a little meat to go along with my black eyed peas, so I rubbed a 7# pork butt with a little bit of salt, pepper, and a light dusting of Savory Spice Shop's Kansas City Rub.  300 degrees for 4 hours, wrapped in foil for about 1.5 hours and she was perfect.  Topped with Mr. Troy's mustard sauce and ate alongside of some broccoli rice and cheese casserole and of course black eyed peas for good luck all year.
