New BGE owner here. I wanted to do something down, dirty, quick and easy before attempting to cook real meat, so don't laugh at my choice. These are cheese-stuffed, prosciutto-wrapped hot dogs, a recipe from the BGE site. I found controlling the temperature is a lot easier than I thought it would be. A couple of more successes, and it may be time to find the Weber gasser a new home.

Nice job on the franks, Frank! Welcome to the forum. I love hotdogs on the egg

They look delicious. No need to get rid of the gasser. I use it for quick cooks of brats etc. Also use it for the side burner or to store stuff. Good cooks have many tools and use them all.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.
