New BGE owner here. I wanted to do something down, dirty, quick and easy before attempting to cook real meat, so don't laugh at my choice.  These are cheese-stuffed, prosciutto-wrapped hot dogs, a recipe from the BGE site. I found controlling the temperature is a lot easier than I thought it would be.  A couple of more successes, and it may be time to find the Weber gasser a new home.

They look delicious. No need to get rid of the gasser. I use it for quick cooks of brats etc. Also use it for the side burner or to store stuff. Good cooks have many tools and use them all.
