Spring Chicken

We know him as YB but he also answers to Larry.  His time as an Egghead dates back to the clay Big Green Eggs.

He posted a photo of his new outdoor kitchen in a post below. It's beautiful. So I offered to prepare little video for him that he could show his family and friends. He provided the photos and I took it from there. 

He likes it and asked me to post the video on this forum for him. At least until he gets his own YouTube account set up.

Looks like he also downsized his number of eggs.  I believe he used to have 5 or 6 plus a chiminea.  Good dude for sure.

WOW!!!  

Between the Egghead Forum and GreenEggers Forum, there has been over 1200 views of this post.  There's more on the Facebook Big Green Eggers BBQers forum.  And over 500 views of the YouTube video.

That tells me some of you are really thinking its time to upgrade your outdoor kitchen and are looking for ideas.  Well, YB's Cooking Place sure has some good ideas to draw from.

I mentioned to someone that Serious Eggheads realize that the Big Green Egg will be a significant part of their lives for a long time.  So building a nice outdoor cooking table or entire outdoor kitchen is a justifiable expense that will keep paying for itself for many years.

I know YB (Larry) is tickled pink that this video created so much excitement.  

I'm glad to have been a part of it too.
