    You had me when you said "my wife" instead of SWMBO! Good on ya!!

    I've never marinated jerk in a liquid. Just Walkerswood or Grace paste. What did you use? Recipe? Hope it turned out well.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    It was Lawry's I think. Either that or McCormick. Something they had at Kroger   =)

    I like a little char on the chicken. You should have seen the one I did on my rotisserie the other day, Too hot for the turbinado sugar in the rub. Wall to wall black. Still tasted good though!
