Mother's Day dessert...

Morning All:

EggHatter asked me to grill some pineapple for dessert this evening...she picked up a fresh pineapple and after trimming it went on the small Egg with some DP Pineapple Head (hey that's what it was made for!)...


Once it got some nice carmelization...added some ice cream & chocolate sauce...


Didn't get any pictures of the dinner while it was cooking, but that was a small pork loin cut into four thick chops...two with DP Pineapple Head & two with DP Bayou-ish...here are the leftovers...


Added a baked sweet potato and made for a very nice Mother's Day dinner!
