Easter Egg'd Leg of Lamb, Tri Tip, Greek Salad, Caulflower Rice Pilaf, and Sourdough bread

Made some Easter weekend treats.
Lamb, TriTip, Greek Salad, Cauliflower Rice Pilaf, and the most courageous part - home made sourdough bread from a "100 year old Alaskan Sour Dough starter" creature I bought from Etsy that I've been "feeding"...

Started with the Trader Joe's pre-marinated Burgundy Pepper Leg of Lamb and Kansas City TriTip

I've forgotten how simple and delicious greek salad is.
It's basically veggies + parseley, oregano, lemon, red wine vinegar.

My goal was something bigger than a baguette that I could use for Sourdough bread sandwiches or appetizers on toast
The Sourdough starter grabbed the kids interest as soon as I made the analogy to needing to feed it and then seeing it 'fart'. Like I said in the other thread, these could support 50 science fair projects for the curious or creative...
Used this recipe for 4 baguettesonly cut in half and all in 1 loaf vs 2 baguettes

Smells great. 480 in an inside oven seems so much hotter than in the egg.

Saw a bag of "cauliflower rice" at Trader Joe's. I enjoy the taste of roasted cauliflower as much as rice, but TJ's also sells pre-prepped leeks. Anything + sauteed leeks + sauteed mushrooms + garlic is a great side dish. I had both leeks and some leftover scallions to use up. This was delicous.

The green sauce was a hand full of parsely, a hand full of cilantro, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, all into the blender. -
