Tri tip has been the popular cook around here lately. It's interesting to see what cuts are available per region, here in the Bay Area, tri tip is plentiful. I was able to score some prime cuts at our Costco and try it for the first time in the egg.
The cook turned out great with the help of my maverick and Thermapen, what a game changer!
I whipped up some cheesy biscuits and played around with some wings for good measure. I wish I took a pic of the tri tip whole but the ladies couldn't wait any longer, whatcha gonna do?
