St. Patty's Day Corned Beef and Cabbage on the Egg.....

On Saturday I found a recipe for Corned Beef and Cabbage on the Big Green Egg website. Here is a link to the recipe:

I followed the recipe exactly except instead of 1 Bottle of Stout beer, I used 3. I used1 Guinness in a Bottle and 2 Shiner Bocks (Texas Beer). I also used 2 full beer bottles of warm water to make sure the brisket was covered.

The results were outstanding!!! I highly recommend giving this recipe a shot for St. Pattys Day.
