What's Everyone Cooking for Easter?

I've been commissioned to cook Easter dinner. Now I have to plan a menu and wanted to get some ideas from the group here based on what y'all were planning for Easter. I know that Ham is the 'traditional' route but I was thinking of something different...just not sure what. What's going on your menu?

Lamb in the UK. The price drops at this time of year and it is fantastic

Sounds out of sync I know, but I'm egging a turkey breast! We ate my s-i-l dry turkey at TD and didn't get much enjoyment. So - 4 months later we'll enjoy a moist one our way.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Usually cure a ham, but not this year. Same for charcuterie and pates. Just a store bought ham and leg of lamb (bone in) this year
much easier. If I go ham, I'm thinking of using this as guidance: http://www.texansmokingbbq.com/2012/01/30/the-double-smoked-ham-on-the-big-green-egg/
This just sounds good to me. I'll just have to find a good store bought ham.North Pittsburgh, PA

I had found the same recipe you referenced above and am going to smoke a store bought ham. I am planning on going to Sam's this weekend to try to find.chadpsualum said:If I go ham, I'm thinking of using this as guidance: http://www.texansmokingbbq.com/2012/01/30/the-double-smoked-ham-on-the-big-green-egg/

Want to try a leg of lamb this year. But probably will do a beef tenderloin to satisfy the whole family.
