Sam's Club Pork Tenderloin

Grabbed a bacon wrapped tenderloin from Sam's Club earlier this week and threw her on the egg for dinner. Indirect heat at 350° ish until 140° internal.

    Looks like a mighty fine meal and you nailed the finish temp.  I really dig the TV tray dining in the living room with a tall beverage.  That is fine dining at its finest!
