Texan's Santa Maria Tri Tip


Kosher salt 
Pepper
Grainulated Garlic
Seared on weber 
Then smoked over oak at 225 up to 140°F for me....little over done for me but family loved it.
Look here for beans and salsa. Cutting back on the carbs, so no mac. Substituted pintos and hot hatch green chiles....i am from the southwest.
