Hatch 'salsa' and hillbilly hot tub

1lb of hatch chilies, 2 tbsp oil, blend like mad.salt to taste.  Reminds me of tacodeli's 'la dona', similar recipe. Great way to put hatch on everything.  


 
Hot tub on prime ribeye, side of quinoa and a hangover.

    Nice work! Most cooks I've traded the reverse sear for the redneck hot tub.

    Thanks! It's a PITA to post pictures from the phone, so I use a collage app and upload fewer.  

    We've all seen this cook before, I just really like what the egg looks like at 700f.
