HEB's "Better Than Good Bacon Jam" and a near miss - someone with allergies

Over the 4'th of July I had a "near miss" with a visiting family member with a seafood allergy. 

I had made a sauce out of HEB grocery's  "Better Than Good Bacon Jam"

Was just about to use it to baste a pork tenderloin on the egg when the allergic one noticed it had Worcestershire on the ingredients.   Worcestershire contains anchovies.    I usually am very careful about checking labels, but in the "fog of the cook" I didn't.  :eek: 

Anyway,  if you are in Texas-area and *don't* have a fish allergy,  the HEB's "Better Than Good Bacon Jam" is yummy on sandwiches or reheated meats

I was worried about it being too " bacony" and drowning out the other flavors, but it's not...
