Those look great, I must be running to hot.., mine fall off the bone so much I can't cut even cut them with knife. Your's look cooked/sliced perfectly. Great job.

WOW!! Just saw these for the first time. I'm using a really slow internet connection tonight. These pics had me drooling like a dog before they fully loaded.Steven
