friend at work told me to try this marinade on a tri-tip and let it soak for 4 days before cooking. Said it will be the best tri-tip I have ever had. So I will let you guys know if 4 days when I cook it how good it is

I would love to see how this turns out. I haven't seen that bottle in a while - I think I used to see that in stores in either San Diego or SF area, I honestly can't remember if I've ever used it.
I've done some long marinades with tri-tip before, mostly with bloody mary mix. Tough piece of meat that it is, it doesn't get mushy.
