"Tonight's T Bone's"

22/24 oz T Bones Rubbed and SV at 125 for 2 hours, CI on the XL BGE at 550 dome. The 1 and 1/4 inch T Bones were patted dry from the SV and re seasoned then put on the CI for 2 minutes a side to 128 and 130 Very Good Cow!
