Amazing Rib's Memphis Dust and Butts

I really liked that Memphis Dust on the ribs I tried for the first time the other night.  I made a full recipe and have a bunch left and doing a butt tomorrow night and thought I'd try it out.   I like making my own so if you have other suggestions would love to hear them.

Memphis dust is on my list to try.  I'm sure it will be great on butts.

Another classic is the renowned Mr. Brown.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I haven't used it on a butt yet, but no reason to think it wouldn't work.

Just a note, it is fairly heavy on sugar, so don't use the turbo method with that rub. I would keep the temp 275* or lower. Ideally I would run 250* until it is finished.
