Yeah, That's Right, Hybrid (will it ever stop?)

So I decided to sear my frozen cowboy caveman style, and finished em off @275F. Won't waste anymore time with details, but wow it added a flavor that was unbelievable! Oh yeah, had some room for a few shrimp and corn too.
