Brisket mac'n cheese

I'm looking for a good brisket mac'n cheese recipe. Does anybody have one they are willing to share?

Make a bechamel, add your favorite cheese, add moist and lean brisket (no hard pieces) and then add noodles.  

Or just find a great mac & cheese recipe, then add brisket.

I've been struggling to find a killer Mac and cheese recipe. It always turns out good but not as good as the smokehouses. I'm looking or the secret recipe I suppose!

If you add properly smoked meat (I've done it with sausage too), it will elevate the mac.
