I am smoking turkey thighs and legs and I wonder if anyone has ever 3-2-1'd em or FTC'd em. Would it help make them more tender?

I read that, I just wondered if treating them like ribs would make a difference in tenderness

Teriyaki marinated turkey thighs are absolutely delicious straight off the cook, cold and refigerated, or reheated after months in the freezer. Tastes vary but we must do ours with mesquite to get the flavor we want.
