I've been going to town on the rub I made for pulled lamb a few weeks ago, from Edward Lee
2 T Kosher salt
1 T brown sugar
1 T black pepper
1 T dry mustard
1 T smoked paprika
1 T cumin
1 T garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne

For commercial rubs I use lots of dizzy dust, raging river, the rub company Santa Maria blend, Todd's crabby dirt always goes on any shrimp I cook.
