First Time Mickey's Coffee Rub - Spatchcock chicken

I must say, when I was mixing this stuff and rubbing on chicken I was a bit skeptical. Even though many have said it doesn't taste like coffee I was skeptical because I don't drink coffee. Wow, the finished product was fantastic. My family loved it. Would rate it as possibly best rub on chicken I have had. You would think it would be spicier with all that ancho and pepper but it was a perfect balance. Kudos @Mickey it was a really great rub and a great meal in general. Can't wait to use the rub on beef next!!
