Any coffee rub is the bee's knees, just goes with the smoke flavor perfectly.

It's great on chicken.. it's even better on a pork tenderloin.

I did the same last night with some applewood. It was awesome.

It was a locally raised pullet rouge so it was REALLY lean and it shows.
