Sunday Turkey Wings, Mac N' Cheese, and Sausage

Title says it all. Also got some Egged baked beans out of the freezer and warmed them up in the crock pot. Had my folks over and there still will be leftovers for this week.

Dusted the turkey wings with 3:1 Raging River:Corn Starch. Went indirect about 400* on the wings and Mac N' Cheese. The sausage was done on the small 425* raised direct. Might go in to a food coma...imageimageimageimageimage

    What is the sausage ?
    One is Hatfield Hot Italian, the other is Hatfield Sweet Italian. Both really good, gives me some ideas for my next sausage making.
