I've owned my Egg for 13 years. I'm at the end of a long, hard Central NY winter. I can't wait to use my egg again. There were some winters when I could but this one was relentless. So what I'd like to ask is what are your favorite recipes of the last year that you could point me to? I love boneless chicken thighs, London broil, pork tenderloin and I have a flat iron steak in my freezer right now. So glad to see the forum going strong ! Well my mouth is watering now just thinking about the possibilities. Thanks in advance!
