Blues Hog Original. I buy it by the gallon"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Sweet Baby Rays and rich and sassy from famous Dave's are always good but the best so far is made by a local farm around Mankato MN called Blackberry Blaze. It's amazing with sweet blackberries and a chipotle kicker.

I've always used sweet baby rays as well. Love it. But recently I tried this recipe, it may be the best I have ever had. Can't get enough. My wife which is not a big sauce fan loves this stuff. Follow the instructions to the T and you will have one hell of a sauce. It gets better as it sits in the fridge......

Head Country, Stubbs mixed with a little honey. For the BBBR order online. I think I paid under $40 for 7 lbs. They sent a coozie, shirt and a fridge magnet along with a personalized note. 7 lbs sounds like a bunch but it goes faster than you think. I ordered HC in bulk...rub and sauce.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I hate to admit this...but I was in Wally world and I was searching for a sauce that didn't contain high fructose corn syrup. This was the only one I found. It was actually pretty darn good! Also, if you haven't tried making a sauce I think Aaron Franklin's basic sauce is really good and dead simple. @Griffin has the recipe here:Griffin- don't be mad that I referenced you and the mayor of flavortown in the same postHere is a link to the youtube with the sauce recipe as well.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
