last night, while i was trex'ing some 2 inch thick sirloins on the large, the spawn made up some prociutto wrapped asparagus on the small. .. .she was inspired by sally b's efforts in waldorf. .. not sure if she had the recipe exactly right. ..she took two asparagus,wrapped in a slice of prociutto and skewered with a couple of wooden skewers. . .brushed with some olive oil, seasoned with a little salt and pepper, and grilled direct at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or so. ..[p]HEY WESS OR SALLY. ...can you tell us how you did yours??. .sydney wants to know if she did them the the same way. ..[p]oh yea, even I ate some and enjoyed them. ..they were gooooooood

My local BGE dealer and his wife were over for dinner and we had your rolled flank steak...they loved it. Next weekend they have an eggfest kind of thing that is more of a demo and customer appreciation day and we might just do a few of them then. [p]Have a great day.[p]Chuck
